




A 262 acre township envisioned as a communication 'kit' and not just a brochure. A large hard cover docket held 3 individual books - a brochure, an architects sketchbook, a clipboard with plans - along with a film that revealed the intense thought process behind the township. A ceremonial event for prospective buyers as they opened it up on their dining tables with the rest of the family gathered around. Winner of Gold for 'Best Communication Design' at the Advertising Club Calcutta awards.
